Delivery
All artwork prices include free delivery to anywhere in the UK.
At the moment, we only ship to the United Kingdom (England and Wales).
Please make sure all relevant information given is up to date and correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect names and addresses.
We use FedEx Special Delivery to ship your order. Shipping is usually within 3 days but can take longer. While we make every effort to deliver your art as quickly as possible, there are times when artwork may be delayed or delivered later than expected.
All artwork is carefully packed to ensure safety in transit.

Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at info@ellyb.art.
As part of the distance selling regulations, you have an unconditional right to cancel an order within 14 working days, and you will receive a full refund on any order you have placed as long as the order has not been damaged while in your care.
If you have received your order, and wish to cancel, you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving you order, and then we will confirm receipt of your request for a return and refund.
Once we have confirmed your refund has been accepted, we will provide details of how to return the order to us.
You must return the order within 14 days of us notifying you that we have accepted your refund. At our discretion we may extend the return period offered to you.
Returning your artwork
You must cover the delivery cost for returning the unwanted order, and ensure the item is returned in the same condition it was received.
We recommend using a trusted courier experienced in handling delicate goods like large canvas artworks as we reserve the right to withhold some or all of your refund if the order is damaged in transit by the courier you have selected.
We recommend using a tracked service like Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® which offers compensation for valuables in the unlikely event your parcel’s lost or damaged.
We may request pictures of the order before you return it, to confirm the condition before it is posted back to us.
If the item is damaged due to mishandling or lack of care, the cost to repair the item may be deducted from the refund offered. This may be some or all of the original price of the order when you purchased it.
