How much does delivery cost?

All artwork prices include free delivery to anywhere in the UK.

What delivery service do you use?

We use FedEx Special Delivery to ship your order.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping is usually within 3 days but can take longer. While we make every effort to deliver your art as quickly as possible, there are times when artwork may be delayed or delivered later than expected.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately not at the moment, but we definitely aim to do so in the future!

Do you provide refunds?

Absolutely – as part of the distance selling regulations, you have an unconditional right to cancel an order within 14 working days, and you will receive a full refund on any order you have placed as long as the order has not been damaged while in your care.

You should contact us immediately to cancel your order by emailing us at info@ellyb.art.

If you have received your order, and wish to cancel, you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving you order, and then we will confirm receipt of your request for a return and refund.

Once we have confirmed your refund has been accepted, we will provide details of how to return the order to us.

You must return the order within 14 days of us notifying you that we have accepted your refund. At our discretion we may extend the return period offered to you.

You must cover the delivery cost for returning the unwanted order, and ensure the item is returned in the same condition it was received.

We recommend using a trusted courier experienced in handling delicate goods like large canvas artworks as we reserve the right to withhold some or all of your refund if the order is damaged in transit by the courier you have selected.

We recommend using a tracked service like Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® which offers compensation for valuables in the unlikely event your parcel’s lost or damaged.

We may request pictures of the order before you return it, to confirm the condition before it is posted back to us.

If the item is damaged due to mishandling or lack of care, the cost to repair the item may be deducted from the refund offered. This may be some or all of the original price of the order when you purchased it.

How is artwork protected in transit?

All artwork is carefully packed to ensure maximum safety in transit.

First, we protect each corner of the canvas with strong card protectors.

Next we use multiple layers of bubble wrap to cushion the canvas while in transit.

Finally, we box the bubble-wrapped canvas in protective cardboard packaging, ready for delivery.

Are artworks free from smoking, pets and other allergens?

All artworks are made and stored in a smoke free environment (we don’t smoke, but dont mind if you do), however, we have several cats (they don’t smoke either).

They aren’t much into art, so our furry friends stay away from the studio. So it’s very unlikely that any extra gifts of fur will arrive with your order, however, we can’t guarantee a fur-free experience. If you have severe allergies to cats or cat fur, please contact us before ordering.

Are artworks safe and non-toxic?

Yes, all artworks use materials that are within safety limits for items designed to be displayed indoors.

The main materials we use are acrylic paint and spray paint on plain canvas, backed with a wooden frame.

Some sections includes acrylic paint and structure gel.

Unless specified, all artworks are finished with a gloss spray varnish.

Artworks are only considered complete when all materials are dry and cured.
